Contractor Registration

To Register as a Contractor or Subcontractor:

  • Apply online through Schneider GeoPermits
  • Provide up-to-date Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Pay the Contractor Registration fee of $50.00, in the form of cash, check (made payable to "Miami County Treasurer") or credit card.

Applying Through Email & Mail

If applying through email or mail, please enclose all of the above requirements, as well as the Contractor Registration Form

The Plan Commission Office staff will then register your information via our GeoPermits website. 

Payment must then be either dropped-off or mailed to the Plan Commission Office for the registration to be finalized.

All registrations are valid through December 31st of the current year.
