Bidding Procedures

  • Bids must be in a sealed envelope.
  • All bids must be received, stamped and entered by the Auditor's Office according to bid request date.
  • Each bid is to be submitted on form Number 96 which may be obtained on the Indiana State Board of Accounts website, click on publication, then forms, then Contractor's Bid Public Work - Form 96.
