How will I know if my property is in the tax sale?
The Miami County Auditor will send a Tax Sale Notice to taxpayers via certified letter informing them of:
- The amount of tax owed
- Any penalties
- Any tax sale costs

All of these items must be paid to remove your property from the tax sale. For more information please call 508-495-7360.
