If your bid is accepted, you will need to pay the bid amount in the County Treasurer's Office, where you will be given a receipt and a Tax Sale Certificate signed by the Miami County Auditor and the Miami County Treasurer. However, a Tax Sale Certificate does not convey ownership to the property.Real Estate Tax Sale
Ownership will be conveyed through a Tax Deed that is issued by the Miami County Auditor pursuant to the statutory requirements. You do not own the property until you receive this deed. For more information please call 508-495-7360. -

- Any penalties
- Any tax sale costs
