The Miami County Soil and Water Conservation District does not handle nuisance animals. If you have a wild animal problem, please contact the Nuisance Wildlife Information Hotline at 800-893-4116. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

2. What are the current hunting regulations?

The Miami County Soil and Water District does not regulate hunting. This information is available online from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.

3. Do I register my boat with this department?

No, we do not handle boat registration. For more information, please visit your local Department of Motor Vehicles office, or visit the DMV's website.

4. Where can I get soil maps?

Soil maps are available online from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service.

5. Do you sell trees?

No, but we have order forms to order from the State Nursery.

6. Where can I get my soil tested?

Any local fertilizer company can conduct soil testing.
