In accordance with the shelter at home executive order issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Miami County Courthouse will be closing to the general public with exceptions for scheduled court business until April 7th 2020.
The courthouse will remain open Tuesday - Thursday for scheduled court cases.
Some offices will still be able to conduct some business during this time.

~Health Department / Vital Records: Registrar will be in the office on Thursday from 8 am – 4pm. The office will not be open to the public, but can be contacted via phone at 765-472-3901 Ext. 1228 or by email at dvigar@miamicountyin.gov. All mail will be processed at the time as well.
~Health Nurse: Will be on site and available by phone Monday – Friday 8 – 4 pm for State/County documentation and to monitor ongoing situation. The Health Dept. is closed to the public, but you can contact them by phone. Patients already scheduled will be seen, but will be screened and only the patient will be allowed inside the office. Immunization Assistant special hours Monday - Thursday 8 - 4 and Friday 8-12. Immunization Assistant will be available to assist with phone calls.
~Planning and Zoning: Office will continue to issue building permits by appointment only. Applications are on the website and can be completed and emailed to mkmckinney@miamicountyin.gov.
