The Covid-19 testing site will move to the Miami County Health Department (35 Court St) on 5/24/21 and use the 5th Street entrance. Drive up only and appointment is required. Appointments can be scheduled online at scheduling.coronavirus.in.gov or if you need assistance call 765-472-3901 Ext 1293. Hours will be Monday and Wednesday 2p-6p & Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9a-12p.
