All Courthouse and Annex employees, as long as they are in good health will return to work Monday, May 4, 2020 at their normally scheduled time. The Courthouse will re-open to the public on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 under the following guidelines.
For our Patrons:
1. All patrons coming in to the Courthouse and Annex buildings MUST wear a mask at all times. Miami County Government will not provide face coverings for patrons entering the building.
2. The Courthouse will be limited in the number of patrons who can enter the building at one time and monitored by Security. Taped markings on the floor will help promote social distancing while patrons are waiting in line. Any patrons found loitering or congregating will be asked to leave the building to allow other patrons to enter who are waiting to conduct business.
3. Annex patrons will be required to practice social distancing. Meetings with clients that can be held electronically should continue to reduce the number of patrons in the building at one time. Social distancing guidelines must be practiced within the lobby, public areas or while waiting in line for an office/assistance.
