Peru Community Schools Kindergarten Screenings

All parents are required to have their kindergartner screened prior to enrollment. 

Please schedule an appointment by calling (765) 473-7335.

Screenings will be held April 10th and 12th during the following times:

8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Bring your student as well as their:

• Official courthouse copy of their birth certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization records

Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2018
