Finding Your Address

There are many ways that you can search using an address. The first thing to consider, however, is the 'Search Type.'

The ‘Search Type' drop down box is between the Statue of Liberty and the box where you enter the property address. Its default setting is 'Starts With' and it can also be set to 'Contains.' If your address search fails, change this box to read 'Contains' and you will probably get the result you were looking for.

Sometimes the search engine gets confused when you use words like east and west. If a directional term fails, try just using the first letter (e instead of east). For example, instead of 1234 east anystreet, try '1234 e anystreet.'

As a last result, you can type in the number only and sort through the many results. For example, instead of '1234 anystreet' try '1234.'

Our property search engine is not case sensitive.
