The 2022 Indiana Code update is now available online.
Pursuant to IC 2-6-1.5-4, the Legislative Council adopted a distribution policy for the Indiana Code as published by the Legislative Services Agency (LSA). The policy provides that the Indiana Code be made available to view and download free of charge on the Indiana General Assembly website.
The 2022 Indiana Code is now available online https://iga.in.gov/ to view. This version has been updated through July 1 of the 2022 regular session and regular technical session. Consult the 2022 Table of Citations for specific effective dates.

The Clerk's Office assists the Miami County Court Judges in the execution of their judicial duties by preparing, recording, and maintaining court documents. The Clerk's Office maintains these records for the public.

- Probate, civil cases (including divorces and adult name changes) Juvenile cases (all juvenile cases are confidential to the public) Criminal cases

Payments
Certain payments are made at the Clerk's offices such as child support, traffic tickets, ordinance violations, criminal court costs and fines (PDF), juvenile placement costs and fines (PDF), small claims judgments, and civil judgments.You may now make civil case payments online. You can also pay traffic and ordinance violations, and criminal court costs and fines online. A nominal service fee does apply to online payments.
