The primary function of the County Assessor is to assess the value of real and personal property.  These assessments are based on the guidelines and regulations set forth by state legislators and adopted by the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance.

For Peru and Peru Township assessment service, visit the Peru Township Assessor.  We handle assessing for all other townships in Miami County.
