Solid Waste District Board of Directors' meeting minutes  must be approved by the Board during an open session, before that time the minutes published here are "Pending" and may be changed if they are not approved at the next meeting.  These will be noted as "Pending Board Approval." 

Minutes are approved at the next meeting after they were taken.  In other words last month's minutes would be approved this month. 

Although every effort is made to keep these minutes as current as possible, there may be occasions that minutes are posted at a later date.  A copy of the minutes may be seen by visiting the Solid Waste District's office in person during normal business hours and requesting them.

Minutes for meetings held prior to January, 2007 will not be made available online.
