The cost for the program is $50.00.  We accept cash, money order, or cashier's check.  No personal checks will be accepted.

Alive at 25 classes are held at the Pipe Creek Fire Department in Bunker Hill at 339 Pearl Street.

You will need to bring a picture ID with you, failure to do so may cause you not to be admitted to the class.  You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time for registration.

Upon successful completion of the class you will receive a 4 point credit through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV).  Completion of this course may result in a discount on your auto insurance.  Check with your insurance agent for details.

Enrollment may be done at he Sheriff's Office during normal business hours, or you may use our online enrollment form.
