Victim's Assistance
The Victim's Assistance Office was
created as a division of the Miami County Prosecutor’s
Office.
Persons who have been victimized by a crime for which a defendant has been
charged, can seek the Office’s Advocate to ease the pain of either a personal or
property crime.
Our Advocate can refer individuals to counseling agencies, victim’s compensation
fund, women’s shelters, or many others.
Our Advocate can also be a liaison between the Prosecutor’s Office, law
enforcement, the criminal justice system, and the victim.
Visit our Victim's Remembrance
page.
