Tip 1

Internet Explorer is printing pages of HTML code instead of printing the page as rendered.  To fix this, you must be logged into the PC as the use who is having the problem, and the user must have admin rights to the local machine.
　
Close any open programs
Click Start --> Run
Type: regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
Press Enter on your keyboard
Click Start --> Run Type: regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Press Enter on your keyboard

Open a page in IE, then go to File --> Print Preview...

If the page looks correct here, the problem is solved.
