Daylight Savings Time Fix

Use the tools on this page to manually repair the time zone Daylight Savings Time (DST) issues in Windows 2000.  Click on each of the links below and select 'Save'. 

If you do not need the help file, simply click on the 'TZ Edit Tool' link and select 'Run'.

For Indiana, you should edit Eastern Time.  Set the 'Start Day' to 2nd Sunday of March and set 'Last Day' to 1st Sunday of November.  See the below help file for further instructions.

Note that if you have Windows XP the Automatic Updates feature will pipe the correct fix down to your computer and install it for you.
