JTAC Gives
'Unauthorized User' Error
The symptom:
You login to JTAC with your username and password just like you normally do.
When you go
to Protective Orders, you get an error that says you are an 'unauthorized User.'
The Solution:
To fix this, you will need to empty the temporary Internet files and cookies
from your
computer. Follow these steps to acomplish this:

Log out of JTAC, but leave Internet Explorer open |

Near the top of Internet Explorer, click 'Tools' |

Click 'Internet Options...' |
 |
A dialog box will open. Near the middle, click the 'Delete
Cookies...' button |
 |
A box will pop up asking you to conrifm. Click 'OK' |
 |
Now click the 'Delete Files...' button next to the 'Delete
Cookies...' button |
 |
A box will pop up asking you to confirm. There is a check box,
leave it unchecked. Click 'OK' |
 |
Close Internet Exlorer, and reopen it |
 |
Login to JTAC, protective orders will now work |
