AT&T, Yahoo and Hotmail Email Issues

It has been brought to our attention that there are instances when users of AT&T email including accounts, Yahoo email, ant Hotmail email cannot receive mail from email users.  There is a simple solution to this that needs to be implemented by the recipient of our emails.

  1. This is for AT&T, SBCGlobal, Yahoo, and Hotmail accounts.  Log onto the web version of your email account.  You cannot make the necessary change through Outlook, Outlook Express, or other PC based email solution, you must logon via the Internet.  Even if you have never logged onto your email account via the Internet before, you will need to do it this time.
