The best way to cure the flu is to not get it at all!  Here are some simple steps you can take to help keep yourself and your family healthy.

	Wash your hands
	Get a flu shot
	Get a pneumonia vaccine
	Cover your cough and sneezes with a Kleenex
	Again, wash your hands!
	If you have coughs, fever or aches stay at home; do not spread your germs!
