Meningitis Vaccinations

All Meningitis vaccines will be $100 for adults not on Hoosier Healthwise. Meningitis vaccines are free for children under 18.

 

Persons receiving their meningitis vaccinations are asked to do the following:

Bring your shot record with you.  
Wear a short-sleeved shirt.  
If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
