Immunizations
 

All immunizations are done by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. 

The office is closed from 12:30 to 1:30 daily for lunch.

Free immunizations for ages birth thru 18 years.  For adults, the costs are listed in the table below.

	Chicken Pox (adults require 2 doses) $110/dose
	Hepatitis A (adults require 2 doses) $30.00/dose
	Hepatitis B (adults require 3 doses) $35.00/dose
