Commissioner Hawley opened the meeting.

PAYROLL
Commissioner Boyer made a motion to approve the claims. Commissioner Deeds 2nd the motion and it passed 3-0.

MINUTES
Commissioner Boyer made a motion to approve the minutes. Commissioner Deeds 2nd the motion and it passed 3-0.

NICKLE PLATE TRAIL
Steve Gough from Nickle Plate Trail Group asked the Board about the right-of-way where the trail from Bunker Hill crosses on 100 W. The County Engineer will work with Mr. Gough on this.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Mike Peconga brought a Homeland Security Grant application in for the Commissioners to sign.

FORD RECALL
The Board received a letter from Ford recalling a 1996 Crown Victoria for repairs. The Board suggested a check to see if we still have one and if so get the notice to the correct Department Head.

CEMETERIES
The Board asked David Grund, County Attorney, to research what the Commissioners responsibility/obligation would be for an abandoned cemetery.

GENERATOR FOR JAIL
Commissioner Boyer made a motion to accept the low bid (option 2) from Astrup Electric for material and labor to install the new generator at the Jail.

STATEWIDE VOTER REGISTRATION
Commissioner Deeds made a motion to sign the contract and the motion was 2nd by Commissioner Boyer. The motion passed 3-0.


A motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner Deeds. The motion was 2nd by Commissioner Boyer and passed 3-0.
