Child Support Information

Do not telephone the Clerk's Office for child support payment information.  It will not be given over the phone, and such calls will delay the process of getting payments credited and mailed.

The state does have a child support line, it is 800-840-8757, then dial 0 or 317-233-5437. Photo Credit: John Evans for Miami County You will be required to enter your Social Security number.  You may also obtain this information online.

Payments made in person at the Clerk's Office by 2:30 p.m. are mailed to recipients the next business day.  Any payments that are received after this time are mailed the day after.  Only payments made by cash, money orders, or cashiers check are accepted.

If a stop payment is necessary, or for other problems, please contact the Clerk's Office at 765-472-3901 extension 251.
