Contractor registration shall be accompanied by a
certificate of liability insurance for a minimum of $100,000.00 and
workmen's compensation issued by a company registered in the state.
Contractor registration shall be valid for a term of one
year beginning on January 1 and expiring on December 31 of the same year
and shall be renewed annually. For the year 2005 registration
shall be valid from July 1 thru December 31.

Miami County Ordinance number 4-18-05
